Our basic catering options are the Corporate Packs #1 and #2. The Corporate Pack #1 serves up to 18 people and the #2 up to 36. These numbers are based on an average appetites. For larger parties combine packages to suite your needs. No need for chafing dishes, because our catering is conveniently packaged in our specially designed insulated boxes to keep food hot or cold for up to two hours after set-up. These boxes also allow for easy transport, set-up and clean-up. Great for home or office.

Choose from any of our smoked meats: Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Sausage (hot and regular), Turkey, Ribs or Smoked Chicken. When catering, it is most convenient for servicing to order Potato Salad, Cole Slaw or Barbeque Beans as your side dishes.
